Swing Dancing
Swing is a group of related street dances that evolved from Lindy Hop. East Coast Swing is generally done to quick tempo rock and roll music, similar in tempo and style to what you might have heard in the '40s and '50s. West Coast Swing is a slot dance and is danced to slower tempos. It was originally danced to blues music, but has evolved to other styles of music.
