Wedding Program

Let Starlite assist you in making the most important day of your life as romantic and memorable as possible.  We have been teaching couples how to navigate their first dance as husband and wife since 1987.  

Your fiancé and you have devoted hundreds of hours and many, many thousands of dollars on the reception venue, the food, the flowers, the band or DJ, the bride’s beautiful gown, etc.  Don’t neglect your first dance!  The first dance is a wonderful way to show your family and friends that you have taken the time and effort to produce an elegant and beautiful realization of the teamwork that marriage demands.

Here are some options that you can choose from:

Fearless First Dance – $67 per lesson

Race your way to the dance floor with your choice of 5 to 9 private dance lessons.
Bonus – With this purchase receive 4 party passes.

Dazzle Your Guests – $63 per lesson

Dazzle your guests on the dance floor with your choice of 10 to 19 private dance lessons.
Bonus – With this purchase receive 2 four-week group classes and 4 party passes.

FAQs

What should we bring to our Introductory Wedding Lesson?

Wear comfortable shoes that you can’t step out of.  Leather soled shoes are best.  Ballroom dance shoes aren’t required.  Also, please bring the song you’d like to dance to.  If you haven’t nailed it down yet, feel free to bring a selection.  Some couples actually pick the song based on which dance applies (and how easy that dance is to learn). 

What happens on the Introductory Wedding Lesson?

Please budget 45 minutes of time.  Your instructor will listen to the song that you have chosen and help you work through some basic patterns to the particular dance.  After a half hour the teacher will be able to make a recommendation based on a number of factors, including how much time you have before the big day, previous dance experience, and the difficulty of the dance.  We’ll spend some time at the end of the session scheduling future lessons, if you decide to continue.

Do I have to purchase lessons if I try the Introductory Wedding Lesson?

No, the Introductory Wedding Lesson is simply a way for you to see how easy and quick it is to learn to dance with a private instructor.  There is never any pressure to purchase private lessons.

Are wedding lessons discounted?

Yes.  Wedding couples get a $10 discount off our regular lesson price.
